What We Collect

Remote Lan collects only your Amazon account ID — provided via Alexa account linking — to route commands to your PC. We do not collect personal data, email addresses, names, or voice recordings of any kind.

How It's Used

Your Amazon ID is used solely to identify which PC to send commands to when you issue a voice command through Alexa. It is never sold, shared, or used for advertising purposes.

Security

All communication between the Alexa skill and your PC is encrypted via WebSocket Secure (WSS). We take data security seriously and implement industry-standard practices to protect your information.

Revoking Access

You can revoke Remote Lan's access to your Amazon account at any time by disabling the skill in the Alexa app. This will immediately stop all command routing.
